Built and in internal testing
EMS operations software, built by a paramedic.
Designed so one transport record moves from request to billing: dispatch, charting, billing, fleet, and a field app on a single data model.
CADMedic is built and in internal testing. It is not yet deployed at any agency.
Stop reconciling the same transport across disconnected systems.
Private EMS agencies lose time, revenue, and visibility every time dispatch, charting, billing, and fleet live in separate tools. I designed CADMedic so the record moves forward once - from the phone call to the locked chart to the billing queue.
Why I built this
The same transport, entered over and over.
I'm a paramedic. I've worked the frontline, including specialty-care transport, and I've led and taught in EMS. The tools around that work rarely talk to each other. A call gets entered in dispatch, again in the chart, again in billing, and the unit's status lives somewhere else. Every re-entry is another chance for an error, and the crew and the patient pay for it.
Before CADMedic, I spent 15 years building and running a software company. I built CADMedic the way I'd want an EMS operation to run: one data model, role-based access and audit trails from the start, and a field app that keeps charting when the signal drops.
Real-time operations
Real-time command without the chaos.
Dispatch sees active calls, pending trips, unit status, readiness, and time targets in one live view. Field crews work from the same source of truth on iPhone and iPad.
Everything the transport operation runs on.
Not a stack of stitched-together tools. One product surface for the workflows that decide response time, chart quality, reimbursement, staffing, and unit availability.
CADMedic.AI
AI that understands the operation, not just the chart.
Generative AI, statistical learning, predictive analytics, and constraint-based optimization help teams find chart gaps, protect revenue, forecast availability, and evaluate better routes. Recommendations stay explainable and people stay in control.
Beyond the ambulance bay
Give operators, facilities, and owners the same operational picture.
CADMedic is built around the transport record, with the workforce, clinical intelligence, facility access, connected-care, revenue, and public-status surfaces that surround it.

CADMedic is built and in internal testing. I'm open to the right EMS agency or software company taking it further, whether that's piloting it, adopting it, or bringing it in-house.
